Jesus taught that if weeds grow amongst the good plants. If we remove the weeds we might destroy the good plants. So he leaves them there, and only until the harvest does he separate them. As a fellow who grew up during decaying communism in Eastern Europe, I remember too well all the silly, opmosistically-tiunding acronyms, written in capital letters and standing for even more silly programs. Another commie-idea, just adopted by PCMC fascists, is the notion of class-based science. All this equity in mathematics, etc. One think is for sure: None of this stuff is going to work, and nations embracing such stupidities are condemmed to poverty, starvation and bloodshes.
